How can I change the email address I use for my Supernova.io account?

It’s not possible to change the main email linked to an account, but there is the workaround!

You can add a new user with the desired email address to the workspace, and assign the relevant role to them. Afterwards, you can later delete the user with the old email. You can find a breakdown of this process in Team management.
